I would like to update a SP list with content of the attachment from email.
The attachment is an excel table with the same column what I have in SP list.
Could you propose a flow for the above?

This article shows most of what you'll need. You can adapt the trigger/first action to be when the email is received and Apply To Each attachment then follow the info in the article.
