Operation 'GetTable' Failed

I'm trying to build a workflow that will Selected emails and put them into a spreadsheet. Currently, i'm getting the below error on the "When a new email arrives" step.
I'm new to this so any assistance would be appreciated. 
 
Failed to retrieve dynamic inputs. Error details: 'The dynamic operation request to API 'sharepointonline' operation 'GetTable' failed with status code 'NotFound'. This may indicate invalid input parameters. Error response: { "status": 404, "message": "List not found\r\nclientRequestId: b2994953-bb55-4b2b-bb19-9f99981675f8\r\nserviceRequestId: 33527ca1-20c8-7000-ddbc-5cbcf66b3452" }'

    Please show your flow and the configuration. It makes it a lot easier to provide assistance. Without seeing it and only based on the error message, I suspect you have an Excel action that generated the error. If so, this would indicate that either your spreadsheet does not have any defined tables, or the action is not configured correctly to a table in the spreadsheet.       I have been reading up on what I want done and have most of it worked out.  Just one item to correct that I'm having issues with. 
    Here is my workflow.
     
     
    and here is the area I'm having issues with
     
     
    I'm not sure what I'm to put in the "Item" line.
    I have a spreadsheet (Email.xlsx) with a table labeled (Email_table).
     
     
    I'm getting this error  Flow save failed with code 'OpenApiOperationParameterValidationFailed' and message 'Input parameter 'item' validation failed in workflow operation 'Add_a_row_into_a_table': The parameter with value '"@triggerOutputs()?['body/from']"' in path 'item' with type/format 'String/email' is not convertible to type/format 'Object'.'.    
    Not sure what should go in "item"
