Hello,
I have an App that that was developed using PowerApps by a company that no longer exists. There are a lot of performance issues so I started to access the App and nhow can I edit or fix it. I also noticied it is based om flows and shareppint lists. So, as I am new to PowerApp, I need your advice please!

Start with delegation first (check to see how many delegation warnings and how can you fix them)
Next follow the best practice guielines for PowerApps and make sure the App adheres to it

Next would to evaluate the Flows
check how many Flows are called what they do
Can they be replaces by standard PowerApps functionality and so on ...
