Transferring Lookup Column Entries from One List Item to the Other

Hi everyone,
 
I am trying to create a flow that transfers selected list items from one list to the other. I am struggling to transfer lookup columns that house multiple selections. I was able to do this on non-lookup multi-selection columns, but not the lookup multi-selection columns. Any ideas?
