Power Automate - Extract CSV Contents

Hi All,

I am needing some help with my power automated flow. The steps that I am trying to achieve are as follows:

1. Trigger - When a new email comes in.

2. Create the email attachment CSV file in SharePoint.

3. When the CSV file has been created in SharePoint extract the contents of the file.

4. The contents of the file need to be added to a Dataverse table.

My problem is in step 3 when I am trying to extract the contents of the last csv file created. My issue is on my file identifier as I am not sure what to put in there to extract the contents of the last csv file created. I can't put the folder path directly to the file because there are multiple files and I always need the contents of the last file created.

If anyone can assist me with what to put as my file identifier so that I can extract the contents of the CSV file, it would be greatly appreciated. I have tried a few of the Dynamic Content items and I just end up getting errors instead.
