Warning "Application is trying to send messages on your behalf" in Outlook

Hello,

I have the following problem with my Power Automate Desktop Flow in the step "Send e-mail message via Outlook" on my virtual server.
There is no virus protection program installed on my virtual server and I cannot install one.
If I open Outlook as admin and adjust the setting under Options > Trust Center > so that no warning message appears, the flow works and the email is sent.
However, this setting is regularly changed (possibly by the group policy?) so that warnings appear again. The flow cannot handle this warning and then aborts. In the flow, I can neither grab the window that appears with the warning and click away via Power Automate, nor set the Trust Center settings automatically.
How can I solve the problem so that the correct Trust Center settings (do not display a warning) are always stored? Or maybe there is another method?

I have also tried to set the settings with the registry file with "  ObjectModelGuard", but it doesn't worked to set the settings in Trust Center. (restarted outlook and server and still didn't changed the settings)
