Hi Everyone,

Specifically, the problem lies with the "UI automation" step within the "If Window Contains" condition.

In this step, I have successfully captured an error from SAP. The desired behavior is that if the error occurs, the flow should proceed to the next loop. Conversely, if the error does not occur, the flow should continue executing the remaining tasks.

Regrettably, I have been experiencing failures in achieving this expected behavior. I have attached a screenshot - for your reference, which provides more context to the situation.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue. Any guidance or suggestions you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

You need to add the Next loop action inside the If window contains condition here:

At this point, when there is no Next loop action there, it simply checks whether the window contains the error, but does not do anything about it.

I did that to it's not working ... It's not performing the ..wait for windows etc even when there is no error

Does the flow stop? Is there an error in the flow itself?

Flow is not stop its going to the Step of 1.Wait 5 seconds. 2.wait for Window 3.Close window even if the error is captured that the issue,,,
Is there any other way we can connect and share with you n show n explain ?

If you have a Next loop action inside the If window contains condition, but it still continues, it means that you have not captured your element correctly. Try using a Display message action inside the If window contains condition to test if it actually sees the window element. If it does, a pop-up will be thrown. You can verify it works. If it doesn't, you'll know it is related to the element being captured incorrectly.
