Might be because it is a list, and list items are delimited by newlines. If you want to avoid it, I would suggest using Join text on the list to join it into a string variable. Then, if needed, you can also use Trim text on it, to remove any unwanted newlines and whitespaces at the end of the string.
Then again, there might be a better way to do whatever you're doing than using the clipboard. If you only described what you are trying to accomplish, we might be able to suggest better alternatives. There are almost always better alternatives for using the clipboard in RPA.
