What is HTTP "Queries" ?

I have a P.A. flow that works, just trying to understand it. In the "Queries" section, where would  'key' and the value come from ?

What are they for ?

I can't find that long string anywhere.

    As far as I am aware this is a section to used for your query parameters. They should be appended at the of your URI. Similar like this in Postman: https://learning.postman.com/docs/sending-requests/requests/#sending-parameters
