Conversion of .msg to PDF font not supported

hello

I am trying to work on a flow for converting a .msg file to PDF in batch conversion.

My flow works currently (albeit images do not display correctly) but my new issue is that Chinese characters do not display at all - only a square box. When I view the document fonts in a PDF viewer, there is no Chinese font available. I have tried to look at how to embed the font into the .msg file and also tried to convert to an image first, and then PDF - none of which is successful.

Does anyone have any solution to this issue? I have seen previously suggestions of using 3rd party add-ins, but this is not an option for me.
