Hi guys,
I am trying to add some added logic to my app and I need to use the rules tab but it is disabled.
How can I go about enabling it.

The Rules has been retired for some time. You can enable it from File->Settings->Upcoming features->Retired, but i don't think you can rely on this type of solution.
What do you want to achieve ?
@Anonymous Rules is a retired feature, meaning it will disappear soon and it is not recommended to use it. But if still want it, you can enable it in the settings.
