Hi guys,
I would like to connect the power apps portals to dynamics 365 customer service, and I configured the case form on power apps portals, when I submitted the form I found the error as the picture below,
But I have tried to use the form from the custom entity, I can submit the form.
So I guess the out-of-the-box entity cannot use in the power apps portals.
Can anyone suggest to me what's the meaning of the error and can the out-of-the-box entity cannot use in the power apps portals? Thank you. 😊
Try as @OliverRodrigues mentioned and also you can check few other things too to validate the root cause.
1. Check any custom workflow/power automate flow which had been created to trigger on create of case.
2. Custom plugin code on create of case.
3. Business rule where scope sets to entity.

Hi, the OOB entities can be used in the Portals, this shouldn't be a problem
Can you enable the custom error messages? so we know what's going on
you can do that by adding a site settings: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/portals/admin/view-portal-error-log#display-plugin-error
