Testing Custom Connector results in error 500

Good day,

I am having an issue testing my Custom API. Error below.

Which ip's and ports must be open to connect to an on premises target ? Can anyone maybe help. Many thanks and much appreciated.

Hi @fransk

Seems flow cannot connect to your API, do you have any IP restriction on your API side?

Hi @SteveYao ,

I am sure there must be restrictions. Talking to the firewall guys. They wanted the public ip from me to open the route to the backend API server. I don't know what the ip is. Can you perhaps help ?
