There have been several posts on this topic but no answers.
I am using the Freshdesk connector and according to both the MS and FreshDesk documentation the Description and DescriptionText fields should be present. However, when I look at the payload retrieved form FreshDesk it does not contain the fields and any attempt to assign them results in empty fields.
I know they are present in the API because having done some trial with Zapier and a FreshDesk plugin they transfer ok (these don't provide the facilities I need though).
I am trying to push a ticket into DevOps but to ensure I knew where the problem was occurring I added a FreshDesk Create Ticket trigger and then emailed myself the triggerBody().
This matches what has been shown in all my other tests. Below is the body I receive:

Do you mind share the screenshot of the trigger?
For some reason I can't create the connection of FreshDesk, but I can see there is a dynamic content named Description, could it get the value back?
