Hi,

I have some hyperlinks in an excel file, these hyperlinks are then link to PDF (all stored in sharepoint). Is it possible to have the links when clicked to automatically attach to a new email in outlook without having to open them PDFs ? thanks

    Do you mean you want a power automate flow to get those PDF files and attach them in Email, then send it out ?
    Or you want to have it as 'For selected row' within excel ?

    @CU29070701-2 Please clarify the situation.

    Here's what I think you're asking:

    When a user clicks a link to a PDF from within an Excel spreadsheet, instead of opening that PDF, the click should create an email draft with the target PDF attached.

    If this is indeed what you're looking for, you'll want to use an Office Script. This is the incorrect forum for Office Script support. You'll want to pose your question here.
