Testing Gmail Connection before or during a Flow

Hi

I found a document which had the following code to test a Gmail connection.

Gmail.TestConnection ()

I have successfully created a flow for sending emails via Gmail and attachments but can not work out how or where the above code is used. I have search this forum and the conducted a Google search with no results other than the document I referred to. The document can be found by the following URL:

    Hi @IconicAngel ,

I'm afraid it's not supported to use this function currently.

The doc that you listed is not Official document.

The information there is not precise.

About the connector, I suggest you refer this:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/gmail/

This is the Official document and not lists this function.

About this functon, I suggest you express your views on PowerApps Ideas Forum. Your precious feedback will be very helpful for our work.

What's more, since your problem is mainly about flow, I suggest you post your issue in flow forum.

The engineers there will provide with more professional adcice.

    Hi v-yutliu-msft

Thank you for your reply. I had a feeling the Gmail.Connected was incorrect seeing there were no other web sites with this function.

I first posted this question in the "Get Help with Microsoft Flow  General Flow Discussion" forum under the subject "Testing Gmail Connection in Flow". I was advised to post it in this forum.

May I enquire to what "your precious feedback will be very helpful for our work" would be related to. Is that regarding the Offline error messages or to do with the Gmail.Connected idea? Either way, more than happy to feed ideas to the Powerapps development team.

    Regards

    Stephen Avery
