Map form responses to spreadsheet column headers

Hello, I have an MS Form and I need to map the form responses to the second row of a static spreadsheet with column headers. The completed spreadsheet will then get emailed to someone so they can import the data into their system. How would I achieve this?

    hello @jibbs

Could you give an example of the responses and explain what you mean by “map responses to second row” why the second row?

    thanks

Hi @Jcook , thank you for the reply. I attached the file below, which I need to map the MS Form responses to the headers on the file. Responses will go in the second row because first row is column headers, which need to be included on the file because it will be used for import to load into a system later.

The automation goal is to take the MS Form responses from MS Form, put them into this file on the second row according to their column headers, and then email that form to a general email account.

    Thank you for your help!

I think the easiest thing to do would be to add a second row to your spreadsheet with dummy data. Then Add a column named row and use the Row() expression to identify the second row (or just hard code 2 into the row). You can then use the Update a row action to achieve what you want by setting the Row column as the Key Column and entering 2 as the value.
