Issue with PVA greeting message in Microsoft Teams channel (Desktop app & Web app)

Hi everyone,

I'm having a problem integrating Power Virtual Agents chat-bot with MS Teams channel as below

Preparation

  • Create a Power Virtual Agents chat-bot
  • In Greeting topic, call any composer action (bot framework composer dialog)
  • In Manage > Channels > Microsoft Teams > click on checkbox Allow your users to add this bot to a team
  • Save and publish chat-bot to MS Teams with option Show to everyone in my org

Reproduce

  • Access to Microsoft Teams desktop app
  • Go to Apps store > Built for your org > select the chat-bot created in the above step
  • Select Add to a team option to add chat-bot to a Teams channel
  • Click on Set up a bot button

Actual

  • Chat-bot added to Teams channel
  • Chat-bot shows greeting message automatically with an error as below

  • Error code: 2023

 

Expectation: The chat-bot shows greeting message without error

 

This issue ONLY appears on PVA - MS Teams and works fine on the PVA - Web version.

Could you give me some advice?

    @hptruc_tester , when you meant it works on PVA - Web version do you mean the same bot built in PVA web browser works when deployed to Teams or the bot works in the test chat or web channel provided in PVA?
