Not able to Test Run - This flow cannot be triggered for testing

I've created a simple test flow to send emails to each row from an excel file from onedrive

For some reason when I test run it, it's giving me this error - This flow cannot be triggered for testing

I am on the free plan for PA.

Can someone please help

    Hi @ChandeepChhabra ,

     

    Just like the name of this trigger, you need to select a row in the Excel table and then manually trigger Flow.
