Improve calendar viewing in power apps

Hello, Everyone!

The difficulty I encounter today is like this:

I'm using the Outlook Calendar view, and it returns results from the contributor's own schedule. I need to create a way to check these activities.

I'm going to use some day for security, but suppose you have activities planned for this day, is it possible to create a way for us to check on this activity?

I was trying to integrate the success screen itself, which power apps provide us, but I don't know how to configure it correctly. As the activity is completed, the "Status" information turns green, and not completed, turns Red.

If you can't understand the problem clearly, please ask for more details, because that's what I see as the problem today.

From now on, I thank anyone who can help me.

Best regards

    @Joao3

    Can you describe more about what you mean by checking on the activity?

    Hello, Handy

    The activities marked in the outlook calendar, are recurring activities to a specific collaborator, I need to add at least one check in each of the activities, which would be "Done" or "Not Done", and if possible leave the "Done in green" and the "Not done in red"

    Because this way I can generate reports in power bi, remembering that this type of application is a specific collaborator, who does not use Outlook, Teams, but this developer has these tools.

    Did you understand what it would be like?

    @Joao3

    Thanks for providing more detail.  However, what I am not getting is that you are discussing Events on a Calendar. Events do not have a "Done" or "Not Done" concept.  Events have an assumption - if "today" is before the Event, then it is Not Done.  If "today" is after the Event, then it is "Done".

    Is it possible that perhaps you should consider Tasks rather than Events for your solution?

    If I am misunderstanding, please clarify.

    Sure.

    But if use tasks, will I be able to have the same visualization of the Outlook Calendar?

    I´ll explain again so that it´s clear what I need:

    If you look at the picture you can see that I put on my app the calendar from outlook. And as you can see there are some activities on my Calendar, those are tasks that I need to check if are done or not.

    So for example, at 9 am I have a meeting, when I´m done with the meeting I needed to check on the app that the task is done.

    That way the Human Resources team can enter the app and see what are my tasks for one specific day, and if I finished them or not.
