Sometimes Chrome is getting minimized when I try to attach using Title.

I am opening Chrome in incognito using PowerShell and try attaching it using attach running instance by Tab tile.
But occasionally browser gets minimized in the step 6.

WellI have tried and it does not seems to be minimize- but want to check, does minimizing chrome browser/window created any issue ?

Yes. It fails perform next set of actions like populate text and click actions.
