I need to know ALL flows and who they are being shared with and all users and their associated flows for the FULL tenant... Not just mine.
Please see that the developers of CoE are pointing at you for this.

This is ridiculous that you guys are pointing fingers at each other. MS Automate has per user and per flow licensing. How am I supposed to know which license is best if there are NO reports that show me what flow is being used (shared) with a user and what users are using what flows?
