Use HTML content in Word document

I want to create a Word file from a Sharepoint list item, using the Populate Microsoft Word template action.
What I want, is to use the html tags for formatting of the Word document (a bullet list in the SP-item should be a bullet list in the Word doc, and so on).
My problem is, that html tags from the Sharepoint list (multiline column with html) is shown as plain text in the Word document. See attached image.

I tried the "HTML to text" action, but that removed all of the formatting, and made a ugly block of text.
"Create HTML table" action does not fit my needs.

Any ideas?
