I'm not sure where's the error. I tried deleting data from the list before and it worked. However, this time it didn't.

Please post a detailed screen shot of your Flow in design/edit view - very difficult to assist without that....Also, can you explain what you are trying to do? I see the actions but need some context.

So I have this Forms that will gather data of employees that had a technical issues, and their supervisor should request an approval from the manager of the compensation they need. Below screenshot is the continuation of the flow above that will trigger only if the SharePoint list is updated by the above flow, However, it's just returning nothing with the "RPF Identifier" as the lookup hence skipping the grayed out part of the flow above.
@vanhuxley24 Pls check your column type in SharePoint list. Also check SP internal column name in filter query.

Do you have two separate Flows or are you trying to use two triggers in one Flow?
I have 2 separate flows.
Just to add, this flow has been working fine for the past 4 months. Just last week, we had this issue that the approval trigger to the managers are no longer working because of this Get Items is returning Null value.
