Hello.
I updated the powerapps studio for windows app and after that i can not start powerapps studio. When starting an errormessage shows up for 1s telling me, that i got the wron user credentials or no internet-connection. The app shuts down imediately. I tried to reinstall, reset the store chache,... nothing helps. I realy need powerapps studio because of some urgent projects. Any idea?

I am having the same issue, this has happened quite often for me, the app closes unexpectedly, and I think that when a system goes to sleep, on resume typically the app is gone. When I restart, I will get the "do you want to recover..." and I generally say "no" because of bad experiences. This time I said yes as I was hoping to recover 4 hours of work, and now I am unable to log back in PowerApps. Frustrating.

If Studio does not work, try editing in a browser.
The browser does not have recovery options, but when you press Ctrl+S, it makes a new file for you in your downloads folder which is useful for backups and redundancy.
Browser version works fine. I just wanted to create an app from a template which is not supported from the browser version yet.
Can you please grab the logs from here and attach it to a support ticket:
1. All .txt files under C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MSApps_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState
2. From command prompt run EventVwr, Navigate to Application and Services Logs > Microsoft > Windows > AppHost > Admin and add the error entries to the ticket

I can not start powerapps studio from my machine.
I tried to use a win10 vm in azure. There I can start powerapps studio,.
But when I create a app from a template powerapps crashes.
verry disapointing.;-(
I have the same issue (using HP laptop with windows 10).
I don't get any error, but in the events viewer I have the following:
Activation of app Microsoft.MSApps_8wekyb3d8bbwe!App failed with error: The remote procedure call failed. See the Microsoft-Windows-TWinUI/Operational log for additional information.
I already try to reinstall (multiple times), did a reset of the app, did a reset of the Windows Store Cache.
What can I do next?
The web version is working.
