shortcut to open power app direct without opening powerapp application

Followed the below steps to Add short cut to home screen of android mobile phone
Opened the PowerApps player on mobile device.
Tap the ellipses button next to the PowerApp I wanted to add to my home screen.
Tap Pin to Home.
Tap the icon for the PowerApp appears on my device's home screen to launch it.

BUT
When I open it, it opend PowerApps-App Overview and not the App itself

I need to make a short to my application without opening the powerapp overview screens.

Please advise

Are you referring to the general PowerApps overall (i.e. how to get around and swipe, etc.)?

For that, as far as I know, it is something that everyone needs to go through at least once.

Otherwise, once the above is done, the shortcut should take you just into the app.

Dear Mr. Randy,
I am referring to the app build in microsoft-powerapp.
Later I installed microsoft powerapp on my android app - Huawei.
Then i copied and paste the link which I got from the app detail screen.

the app is running fine on the mobile.
Only the issue that when I pin to home page - it creates icon - But when tap on icon on the home page it opens the powerApp application overview screen, Not the main PowerApp-Application which it should, then I have again to tap from the recent/faourite list to open the app.

My requirement is to open the app directly without opening the powerApp overview screen
please advise

Hi @MIA27 ,

It must be an issue with the phone type and/or Android version. I have a Motorola Moto g8+ running on Android 10. I can pin an app to the home screen and it momentarily shows the Power Apps main screen, then opens the target app. You did not say your phone type, but I have seen a number of posts regarding particularly Huawei phones (and a few on specific Smasung Galaxy models) not having things work as expected.
