HTML to Text Component

I'm trying to build a flow, and I need to use the HTML to Text component but it's coming up with an error message.

Anyone got a clue why that's happening?  I tried to report it, but the bot "doesn't understand" 😂

    HI,

     

    No unfortunately unless its something weird in your flow (not on purpose, just whatever)

    Can you try it in an other flow?

     

    Otherwise, yes you would need to report it to a person lol goofy bot.
