Error message in Document Automation

Hello,

Ran into an error message and I'm hoping the community can help me figure it out.

Within Power Automate - selected the AI Builder's "Document Automation" feature; specifically, the Custom Documents and Invoices solution.  Installed and setup the solution using the guided walkthrough without issue.

Next, tried testing the process and ran into the following issue with "Document Automation Processor" Flow:

- the Predict step failed with a warning of "Forbidden"

-Error: "Action 'Predict' failed"

-Error detail: {"operationStatus":"Error","error":{"type":"Error","code":"EntitlementNotAvailable","innerErrors":[{"scope":"Generic","target":null,"code":"NoCapacity","type":"Error","message":"No capacity was found."}]},"predictionId":null}

Would anyone be able to provide additional insight around the issue or how I might go about resolving it?

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks

    Hello @dustinjo! This message indicated that you don't have sufficient AI Builder credits to use Document Automation. You will need to purchase and assign AI Builder credits to the environment where you've installed Document Automation or you might be eligible for a trial. You can find more information here: AI Builder licensing | Microsoft Learn
