I'm using Power Automate (web) in English language, but Power Automate Desktop uses Spanish by default, the language of my Windows. I'm unable to find how to change the Power Automate Desktop language also to English. Any help? Thanks!

I believe you are right, I think it's looking at the preferred languages of your Windows settings.
I had a similar issue that my Power Automate Desktop was in Dutch.
When I had a quick look with ProcMon it look like it was looking at a user profile regkey.
After changing the order of the preferred language my PAD was in en-US language.

i have a problem i cant change the languaje in WinAutomotion Console. i have in english. i´m trying to change to spanish.
Go to?Settings -> Time & Language -> Language
Set which language you want to use on Power Automate Desktop.
