How to fetch (auto-populate) the data from MS List to MS Forms for a unique ID using power automate

I have the below flow to be automated -
  1. Enter a unique ID in MS Forms
  2. Fetch the entire details (auto-populate) for that ID from MS List to MS Forms
I was wondering if this could be automated using power automate. Any other solutions are highly appreciated.

    Instead of using Forms use Power Apps as data entry directly to the MS List. That way you can avoid Power Automate all together.
