Complete a ToDo Task upon Planner task completion

I have a flow which creates a Planner task from OneNote "Outlook Tasks" option.  But when this Planner task gets completed I would like to update the Todo to show completed too.

 

How is that done? The IDs appear to be different, and I don't know how to look for a Todo task that matches the Planner task.

    Thank you Johnny! You got me a lot further to the goal..My company won't allow me access to the Outlook integration, so I used the Todo instead with this. It seems to work! I'm shocked 😀
