Error when I create a new Flow or rename an existing Flow

I get this error while renaming or creating a Flow.

This is happening recently

 

It looks like something went wrong

    Hi,

     

    Please try sign out of power automate, clear the browser cache and sign in power automate again, see it could resolve the issue.

     

    Are you able to create/edit flows in other environment?
