SharePoint PowerApps form with Fillable Choices

I'm looking to do something like within my PowerApps form that saves to a SharePoint list

Currently I had them as checkboxes, but now they need to be able to enter hours for each of those days.

I am just not sure of the best way to accomplish this.

Any ideas?

Yes, you could use Patch function to accomplish this in the OnSelect of a button.
and you can use the & operator to accomplish this
//pseudocode Patch ( dataSource, Defaults(dataSource), MonTextInput.Text & " - " & TueTextInput.Text & " - " .....//and so forth )

Yes, the way you are doing it could work, and use the single Value to put it in one Column of SharePoint List.
To check if it has something in it, you can use
//pseudocode If(IsBlank(monTextInput.Text),doThis,doSomethingElse)

@poweractivate I will give that a try, but I would need to do it on the Update or Save, I don't have a button, it is a SharePoint Customized PowerApps Form.

You would do this wherever you got the Checkboxes multiple values as one column to work, so I believe that should be the Update or Save. You are right, it would be different since it might not be Canvas App.
