Hi,

I have my flow from Outlook 365 Calendar to Google Calendar. It seems to by working, but for some reason it syncs not all of my events. For example - I have recurent event which happens each 2 weeks in Outlook Calendar, but it is missing in Google Calendar. How can I fix this?

Thank you

Same here as well. Can someone re-post the updated link or direct us to where this flow can be found?

    Hi @v-yamao-msft

I'm trying to access the flow template you referenced above, however, the link provided goes to 404 error page and search of Flow templates does not provide a result of this template.

Can you please assist with alternate or updated link to the template? Or provide specific details of the flow here?

    I'd really appreciate it.

    Thanks

Interestingly, I cannot search or browse, in my environment, and find this flow, but I can get to it with the direct link provided here. Thanks!

Hi @v-yamao-msft, I used template you mentioned. I changed nothing there. I've just checked my Outllok events and Google ones, these seem to be syncronized now.

    Hi @Anonymous,

How is your flow created? Please share a screenshot of your flow.

I have started a flow to sync recurring events from Office 365 Outlook calendar to Google calendar, it works fine.

    The template is:

    https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/galleries/public/templates/221012a4a405471ca382534402d7087a/sync-events-from-office-365-calendar-to-google-calendar/

Please try to start the flow using this template.

Besides, a recurring event will be synchronized as a series of individual events to destination calendar. However, if a recurring event with more than 25o instances on Google calendar, only 250 instances will be synced.

More details about the limitation, please check the doc at here:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-sg/help/4132258/synchronizing-events-between-your-outlook-calendar-and-google-calendar

    Best regards,

    Mabel
