    Hi @paulc101  ,

We are connecting to Service Now for which Microsoft SSO is connected via Local API user created at Service Now instance .

even if Service Now is connected via Microsoft SSO you can use local accounts created at Service Now . We have been using in this way since long without any issues .

Please let me know if you need more information .

If this helps , please mark it as solution. So, it will help others

    Hi @paulc101,

I haven't found any reference in the documentation that SSO is supported.

However, it might be useful to follow this thread on GitHub:

    https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/BusinessApplicationPlatform-Connectors-public/issues/386

Also spotted this Power Automate Idea:

    Hope this helps a bit.
