The error clearly states that you do not have enough permissions on the site to perform that action. This could be a caching issue or an issue with the connection too.
What yo can do is, delete the current connection to SP and then create a new one. This could be a caching issue also so you can probably log out of the current session and close the current browser window. Start a fresh session and run the flow and see if you face the same error.
Alternatively, you can try exporting the flow as .zip package and then re import it and provide the connections during the import.
Please try the above suggestions and check if you continue to get the same error.
