I am trying to upload emails of a mailbox older than 1 year to SharePoint but PowerAutomate is failing for some emails in 'create file' action with below error:

uiit3155_0-1680601022055.png

917656; Access+denied.+Before+opening+files+in+this+location%2c+you+must+first+browse+to+the+web+site+and+select+the+option+to+login+automatically.

Please let me know how i can resolve this issue as i have 40000+ emails to be uploaded to SharePoint from outlook mailbox.

    Dear uiit,

It seems that more people have had similar issues and resolved it by some Sharepoint settings. Suggest that you do a more generic search and try it out.

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/microsoft-error-access-denied-before-opening-files/96680749-01b9-431c-bb45-892484afa274

Here is the fix that worked for me:

    Browse to https://"YourOrganization"-admin.sharepoint.com/

    Policies,

    Access Control
Change the "Apps that don't use modern authentication" to Allow Access

In general, if a particular action does not work randomly, maybe because of temporary connection issues or limits, then I suggest you add in a 'Do Until' loop which re-attempts the action until you succeed (if it fails it waits a certain set time and tries again). View example below:

    Hope the suggestion helps,

    Happy flowing,

    Koen
