Retrieve list of viewers who watched the video in sharepoint

Hi Guys,

 

I'm trying to create a PowerAutomate flow where if a person views the video then a automatic reply should be sent to the viewer.

 

Can anyone help me with this?

 

Note:  Before this flow, video's public link will be shared among a group of users.
