Find records in Business Central - Custom Company Name

Hi everyone. I'm developing a virtual agent connected with Power Automate. Using one of the inputs from the chatbot, I want to insert it in the company field in the Find Record Step:
 
But doing like this, the flow don't find the company. Selecting from the dropdown search works. The fields are the same name.
