[Issue] Click UI element in window

Hi,

I am building a flow to click the UI elements in a browser. And I could ask the flow to click words like "Deviation" and "Change Control". However, when I worked with "Complaint", it is not working. Do you have any suggestions to me?

Thank you so much.

Check by any chance there are any whitespaces after the word "Complaint".

Read the "Complaint" UI element from the screen and see what value it shows up in the UI element attributes.

    Thx for the info.

There is no whitespace after the word, and here is the UI element attributes. How can I check for it?

Thanks a lot. However, the system also cannot find the UI element.

There " shouldnt " be any reason for that, from your shot looks like everything is named perfectly for grabbing what you require individually...

    Hi @concjames

    1. Using Add UI element, read the part where it says "Complaint", then go to the Attributes window (selectors) like you showed and see how "Complaint" shows up.

    2. Is this a web application? If yes are you able to see the html code for this listbox by right click and view page source?
