Hi

I have created a flow for holiday approvals using M/S forms which has worked well if there is a single approver selected, if i use multi selection in forms the flow cant separate the values and the flow fails.

is it possible to have a single approver or generic approver and ask the flow to send it to 3 users but if not selected continue as normal.

ie

Production Supervisor selected in form.
send approvel to supervisor A & B & C.

Hi @Johnd9211 ,

It seems you created the flow from template. Please try and follow below steps:

1. Change the input in Get response details action:

triggerOutputs()?['body/resourceData/responseId']
