Dear Power Automate Community,

I have a Flow which, on a user submitting a Microsoft form, adds that user to a Tag in a Microsoft Team. I have an extremely unusual issue with the Flow. Seemingly at random, it will fail with the message "UnknownError".

When I visit the failed run of the Flow and resubmit it, without making any changes to the design/operation/data of the Flow, it will complete perfectly with no failures.

I have never seen anything like this in Power Automate before where a Flow works about 60% of the time, and without changing any inputs, it will fail for the remaining 40% of the time.

I have attached a couple of screenshots. To stress again, on a failed run, without changing any aspect of the Flow - the design or the data inputs - when the run is resubmitted it works fine. This has been happening over the course of about a week.

Can anyone advise on this or do we need to raise a case with Microsoft? Thank you very much!
