Is it possible to safe/move the attachments from a mail in the postbox of a groupsite to a folder from the same group by flow?

    Hi @CP_INV,

If you mean shared Mailbox, currently it is not supported, there is an idea submitted on this already:

Office 365 Outlook integration with shared mailboxes

The status has been changed to Started, which I think it would be supported soon.

Besides, you may consider forward the Email from the Shared Mialbox to your own mailbox, which could be used under Microsoft Flow.

For group site, if you mean SharePoint team site, yes, it is supported, you should be able to choose the Team site by selecting the corresponding site address:

Please let me know if I have any misunderstandings.

    Regards,

Hallo Michael, thanks for your answer. This is not, what I mean.

    I have the following process:
    1. We send an email with an attachment to the postbox from a groupsite (e.g. from the scanner to accounting@test.com)
    2. Flow have to safe the attachement in a defined folder automatically
    3. The employee has less work to extract the  documents from every single email of the inbox

I know how the Flow to safe an email  in a folder is working. But I am searching for a solution, to choose the inbox from a group site in the top of the flow.

    Thanks for your support 🙂

    Chris
