Good afternoon everyone,

I'm new at using Microsoft flows and basically I've been following Microsoft youtube videos to learn how to navigate this application. I'm having problems with the following:

Any help would be really appreciated.

@Lussisipait you don't need the apply to each as far as I can see from your flow. After the trigger the first action should be the Get response details, then the send an email.

    Hi Rob,

You can normally save action to your clipboard so you don't have to create them again. Click the 3 dots at the top of each action inside the apply to each and copy to clipboard. Then delete the apply to each and then add back in the actions from your clipboard by clicking on add an action and selecting My clipboard and pick each action and add it back into the flow.
