Create folder from list copying meta data

Hi all,

 

I'm new to power automate and i have been trying to build an automated flow to create a new folder when a list item is created and copy the list item metadata to the new folder.  I can create the new folder, but I am unsure how to get the metadata to copy across.

 

I have an SPO list called transition, the list has a number of custom columns; Tite, transition manager's email, transition status and transition description. The SPO has a document library called Services and Products Library.  I want to replicate the list name and column data to the new folder.
