400 Bad Request - When using power automate to send HTTP request to sharepoint

Hi,

I am using 'Send a Http req to SharePoint' action to get details from a microsoft form. The uri used here is https://forms.office.com/formapi/api/forms('@{concat(triggerOutputs()?['body/resourceData/formId'])}')?$expand=questions .

However, it's throwing 400 error with message

Unexpected response from the service
