Moving tasks in Planner.

I have never used automate before, but use planner a lot so being able to automate would be super helpful!

Using Microsoft planner:

I am wondering how I can make tasks in only a certain bucket to be automatically moved to a different bucket after a week of them being in the first bucket.

Essentially, this is for customers who order something into our store. When ordering, a task is created for them in their name. Once their product has arrived, their task will be manually moved into a bucket called 'waiting for collection' After a week I'd like the specific task to move to a different bucket called 'second alert call'

if anyone could even explain how to do this, even with screenshots, that would be amazing!

    Hey

you can do that with the "Update a task" action.

As seen is this post here: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Power-Automate/Move-Tasks-between-buckets-once-completed/m-p/837581/highlight/true#M65981

There are a few ways to get the Bucket id, for example follow this post: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Power-Automate/How-do-I-get-Bucket-ID-for-Planner-boards/m-p/123007/highlight/true#M19076

    cheers

    Hey there!

Thanks heaps. I should be able to go with this, but how do I actually select a specific task that has been sitting in a specific bucket for a week. As these tasks exist long before they are in this bucket, I need the m to move after a week of only being in this specific bucket.
