Flow and logic apps data storage

Where is the flow data stored? If I run a flow fetching data from Dynamics 365 FO that data is available in the history of my flow. In what geo/region is this data stored? The same as my D365FO instance or anywhere else? Can I change where my logic app/flow is run and where the data is stored?
