403 error on shared mailbox flow - all permissions are correct

(orders@)This was working but now I am getting 403 errors saying that I'm not authorized to send from this maibox, yet as you can see in the images I (mike@) am. Can somebody please help with this?

Hi @Blueman125 ,

Are you want to send an email on behalf of the shared mailbox?

I have made a test on my side and it works on my side to send an email on behalf of the shared mailbox.

Please check the permission with the Customize permissions botton on the screenshot below and make sure your account have the Read and manage and Send as permissions:

yes all those had been checked. The problem whas somewhere else. I don't know where but I changed the flow entirely and it seems to be working now throughout the group. Thanks
