Hello, i am a recent member of the community, i speak from Luanda Angola,
I intend to issue certificates of participation in an event using one of the lines of a form (Full name), I want this data (Full name) to be added to my certificate template(Powerpoint), and later the PDF certificate will be sent to the participant who filled out the form by email that is in one of the lines of the form.

I thank you in advance for the help you can give me.

    Hi @DelcioSilva,

Sure, no problem.  When you are creating the PDF, the file needs to have a unique name on SharePoint/OneDrive or you will create a conflict.  When it comes to sending the email, the Send Email Action requries that you specify two things, 1. the file content (which is based on the content of the file created) and 2. a file name, which can be anything you choose.  All you need to remember is that the file extension must be .PDF or the end user will not be able to open the file.

So the file could be called 140r9fucj03h32jc932n92m432.pdf on SharePoint, but you can call it Certificate.PDF when you send it via email.

    Hope that makes sense.

I've also got the steps on my blog here too https://www.damobird365.com/microsoft-forms-to-pdf-no-premium-actions/

    Thank you very much @DamoBird365
I just saw your demonstration, and I was concerned:
Is there any way to change the name of the pdf that the user will receive. Example: 29062021080625-Certificate.pdf change to Certificate.pdf

    Hi @DelcioSilva

I've done a video on exactly this, albeit using Word -> PDF rather than PowerPoint.  Take a look here https://youtu.be/KVIWDRjPKUk

I haven't used premium actions for this, but depending on your license, you could use the premium action for Word Templates and make things easier.
